We had an amazing trip to Capital-E and the City Art Gallery.
At Capital-E we explored making digital art. We used different layers, filters, and effects to make some fantastic artworks.
When we visited the City Art Gallery we viewed and analysed some digital artworks. Afterwards we explored some of the ideas from these works and translated them into our own artwork.

This term on Friday we have been running a rotation. We have mixed up the classes and Katrina is running an art session, Margaret runs a music session and Sam has been running some Science classes.
Over the term so far we have learnt about a number of artists including Leonardo Da Vinci, Edvard Munch and Andy Warhol.
In Science we learnt about the life cycle of a cicada and we are doing some work on fair testing at the moment.
In music we have looked at the difference between a rhythm and a beat and created some music.
